The “Taking Care” plan aims to improve the alignment between the business strategy and brand positioning strategy. It will be implemented throughout the year and enables customers and employees to engage with the company.
Customer service quality rewarded
Cofidis Portugal introduced a cross-sector quality control process to evaluate call quality and conduct post-call surveys to assess customer satisfaction.
Cofidis also launched a new website to offer its customers advice on personal financial management to improve the brand’s reputation and position Cofidis as a key partner for budget advice and support.
